Common migration questions
Are Mailgun routing rules supported?
Inbound parsing via webhooks works the same way — point your MX records to Mailazy and configure a webhook URL. Forward, store, or trigger workflows from inbound messages.
Can I migrate my domain credentials?
Yes. Add Mailazy SPF + DKIM records, verify, then remove Mailgun's. Domain warm-up reputation transfers automatically through DMARC.
Does Mailazy support EU data residency?
Yes. EU customers can select our Frankfurt region during signup — all data stays in the EU.
What about email validation?
Email validation is included on every Mailazy tier. Mailgun charges $0.008 per validation as a separate product.
Is the API drop-in compatible?
Our REST shape is similar; we publish a Mailgun → Mailazy adapter SDK that maps the calls. Most teams swap in under 30 minutes.
